Job Introduction

    Provide administrative support and perform numerous duties including scheduling, translating from English to Khmer and Vice Versa, writing correspondence, answering questions and requests and keep confidential of information for some relevant documents.

Job Description

  • Translate all related documents from English to Khmer and Vice Versa to make sure that CFO and relevant stakeholders are well understood

  • Prepare meeting schedule and logistics for CFO to ensure it's well done

  • Communicate, coordinate, and follow up tasks of relevant stakeholders and give a report to CFO

  • Facilitate a smooth communication between CFO's office, Divisions, Departments and provincial offices to maintain good credibility and corporation with senior management

  • Prepare required meeting minutes and deliver communication from CFO to all related senior management staff to ensure meeting message is sent effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, English Literature or other related fields

  • One year of experience in administrative, translation or executive secretary tasks is a plus

  • Good Computer Skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)

  • Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English

  • High commitment, dynamics, friendly and initiative.
