Job Introduction

    Plan, organize, control ATMs and card operations to ensure customer services satisfaction with effective cost management.

Job Description

  • Assists in the establishment and the delivery of ATM business and infrastructure and seek management approval

  • Participates and works with Cambodian Shared Switch members for the new service enhancement and new ATM features

  • Manages, delivers and facilitates project tasks to implementation team in accordance to the project plan

  • Manages, identifies and reports any challenges or issues arise while implementing the projects and communicate to project committees to seek for better solution and advice;

  • Works with Risk team for product risk assessment, operating risk and control to mitigate losses

  • Ensures all compliances, work instructions, policies, process & procedure related to ATM and card are followed

  • Handles ATM related customer disputes or fraudulent issues in accordance with company policies, country law and regulations

  • Works on vendor selection, quotation and price negotiation to optimize profitability of related products or service solution

  • Manages vendor relationships to plan and schedule for ATM preventive and maintenance

  • Ensures ATM up time, and the best usage of existing machines

  • Monitors and maintains sufficient stocks of card based demand and assuring ATM machine running functionally and properly to meet standard customer services satisfaction

  • Ensures SLA of card production and Pin delivery to all branches

  • Works with sales team to promote and activate ATM and Card

  • Produces training materials and provide refresh training to branch staffs and customers for their well understanding of the product's instruction;

  • Leads, Manages and drives ATM and card team to have full capacity and high performance.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Banking or related fields

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in electronic banking especially working in Card production and ATM support

  • 2 years’ experience in project management

  • Good understanding on banking products, ATM/card infrastructure, policies and procedure establishment

  • Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office and PPT

  • Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English
