Job Introduction

    Manage and control the movement of money in all bank accounts at Head Office to ensure the cash balance in each bank account is correct and sufficient for payments, transfers and TT to stakeholders and that all payments are made correctly and on time.

Job Description

  • Assist in controlling Nostro Account balances to ensure the limit of 20% of total net worth is complied with.

  • Check daily cash drawer count sheets to guard against fraud committed.

  • Monitor balance controls to ensure that payment instructions are followed and all suppliers and stakeholders paid on time.

  • Assist in monitoring balance controls to ensure that each bank has enough money to support the daily operation of provincial and branch offices.

  • Prepare payments at Head Office to ensure that all suppliers and stakeholders are paid on time and get the right amounts and that payment instructions are followed.

  • Prepare and control the opening/revision of all head office, province and branch office accounts and regularly update the list of bank accounts (nostro reconciliation system) with newly opened/revised bank accounts so that Amret can immediately respond to any request for information.

  • Monitor all bank accounts across Amret to ensure accurate and timely updating of the bank account list.

  • Assist in performing daily and monthly reconciliation with the partners to ensure the balances are timely, correctly and completely done before the settlement.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related fields

  • Experience in finance, accounting or related fields is a plus

  • Good Computer literacy

  • Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English
