Job Introduction

Job Description

  • Provide professional greeting and product information to clients to ensure that clients are informed and satisfied with services served.

  • Create and open the customer number, saving, and transfer account for customers to ensure all processes are timely responded and served.

  • Solve various clients' complaints to ensure that the relevant complaints are solved promptly and satisfied by customers.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in marketing or other related fields

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service is a plus advantage

  • Good oral and written communication in both Khmer and English

  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
